October Favourites

Phew, it’s been a busy month for me as this month was full of surprises which explains my disappearance in the previous month but forget that. I’ll update you in further details in my next update. As for this month, I just felt like I should share some of my favorite toys and by toys I mean make up. I’ve been asked several times on make up tips and I thought why not share it with you guys.

So for starters, well, the typical kickstart, foundation. The foundation I personally recommend is Make-up Forever HD Foundation. If preferably recommend this brand because not only does it give invisible, natural makeup finish on HD cameras and in person but also gives a flawless coverage and I’m sure that we ladies would need. The smooth and elastic texture makes it easier to apply and a pleasure to wear. Through this, your skin tone is refined and will give you the natural look that is to die for. Well, that’s not all. This foundation is also an oil-free almost full coverage liquid foundation which covers skin imperfections. It’s available in a wide range of shades that would suit your skin tone. Not that any of you would need because you’re all beautifully unique and that is perfect. It features your uniquely coated pigments that provides a coverage with a lighter weight and second skin texture that looks just like skin too. The lighter weight formula delivers the exact same results as before when applying with a flat foundation brush in either a tap or stretch motion. Lasting wise, it is perfect. It lasts with a natural looking finish and it’s available in 40 different shades to match your skin. With these ranges of shades, you might be able to find the precise match for your skin tone. It’s definitely the perfect foundation for daily usage. Not to mention this product is an Allure Best of Beauty Award Winner. It’s known for its amazing features. It’s oil free, very lasting, has a build able coverage, doesn’t flake or wear off throughout the day, super easy to apply, and definitely worth the purchase. This foundation is best blended with both a brush and a sponge blender.

The next product would be the Step 1 base éclat radiant primer. ‘Step 1’ is the range of skin equalizers developed to refine, smooth and even out. The exclusive equalizer complex delivers 3 key actions which are make up hours in seamlessly when applied, you will get a result of optimized colour and finish, and it has a long lasting span.

There are a few types of primer and one of them would be the mattifying primer. It’s the answer to unwanted shine as it fights against excess oil to ensure a matte makeup result. It is also formulated with a specific Sebustop Vegetal Complex. This first step equalizer instantly reduces the pore size and control the shine for a flawless look all day long.

They also have the smoothing primer that instantly fills in and blurs out the imperfections for silky soft skin. This satiny non oily formula balances your skin texture by minimizing pores, wrinkles, and fine lines. Your skin will then look resurfaced and perfectly smooth.

Next up, we have the hydrating primer. Suitable for instant quench of skin thirst by boosting and refreshing tired skin. It’s formula includes H₂O Complex that provides moisture transforming dehydrated skin into a supple, healthy, and plump surface for a flawless look.

Then, there’s the nourishing primer which instantly replenishes dry and dehydrated skin with a moist, rich, and soothing formula. Their specific Vegetal a Complex feeds , hydrates, and revives your skins while the antioxidants protects it from the elements. Its rich and creamy texture melts on your skin to nourish and sooth it. It also restores the elasticity and revitalizes your skin to ensure a more uniform texture.

Not forgetting, the redness correcting primer. This primer instantly neutralizes and evens out the red tones for flawless foundation coverage. The Green Spectraflex pigments colour corrects the redness and boosts the radiance of your skin while moisturizing agents provides hydration which evens out your skin tone.

On the other hand, we have the radiant primers. This primer instantly colour corrects according to your skin tone giving what looks like a new bare skin. These tailored equalizers transform radiance levels and bring more hydration and light to the face. It is formulated with a blend of Spectraflex pigments to neutralize imperfections and banish dullness. Radiant Primers give immediate radiance and even skin tone for a flawless makeup all day long. Now, that’s not all. In order to fit your criteria, you definitely need to find a suitable radiant primer for your very own skin. It’s a good thing that they’re all colour coded. So we have, cool pink for fair yellow skin, blue for fair yellowish red skin, peach for fair skin, yellow for tanned skin, caramel for dark skin, and mauve for dark yellow skin.

Last but not least, we have the UV Primer, spf 50. This primer is preferably applied in its own or before foundation. The UV primer offers an incisive and ideal protection against UVA and UVB rays. It’s light formula will prepare your skin for makeup application. It’s also enriched with antioxidants. This primer moisturizes the skin and protects it from environmental factors such as pollution or stress as well.

Then, for the final touch, we have, lipstick. Now we’re talking. My personal favorite would be the Rouge Artist Natural because it has an ultra creamy formula that hydrates the lips with a natural sheen. It is enriched with a cocktail of vegetal ingredients, made of waxes and Cupuassu Butter that contains nourishing properties for a moisturizing smooth texture that glides on effortlessly. Its translucent shine reveals pure pearls and pigments for a profusion of 50 luminous shades . Rouge Artist Natural makes it possible to find a color to suit every mood!
